Mikellis Christou, born in Ayios Nikolaos, Famagusta, holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from European University Cyprus. He has built a strong career in Cyprus’ FMCG sector, gaining extensive experience in sales, marketing and commercial strategy. In 2011, he played a key role in establishing and growing Diplomat Cyprus, significantly contributing to its market positioning. Today, as General Manager of Diplomat South-East Europe, he leads with a results-driven and people-centric approach, overseeing the company’s expansion across multiple countries. He has also been actively involved in strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. Beyond his executive role, Mikellis contributes to the wider business community as President of ECR Cyprus and AFIS Cyprus, and Board Member of GREEN DOT Cyprus and the Association of FMCG Suppliers. He is also a founding member of the Pancyprian Association of Sales Professionals.
