Jan is a partner in L.E.K.’s London office and the Head of the European Retail practice.  Jan has extensive experience advising large and medium sized organisations on growth strategy, customer segmentation, channel strategy, loyalty, proposition development and market entry strategy. He also advises clients on pricing and commercial effectiveness including end-customer pricing, channel pricing & trade spend optimization, and go-to-market strategy & capabilities. He has led numerous projects advising some of Europe’s largest retailers especially in Grocery and consumer electronics.  He holds an MSc in economics and management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in economics from the University of Warwick.
